🏡On the homestead and in my life...

We've been battling raccoons for the last few weeks. It is unbelievable to me that we've been losing more chickens and killing more raccoons in the past month than in the last 23 years combined! We are down to less than 40 hens, which is less than half of what we normally have, which is very frustrating when egg prices are at an all-time high. We should be getting another 50 pullets next week.

Happy homesteading!
