Hello Reader, Yesterday, I was on Zoom with a friend who moved to Portugal a couple of years ago—and by the end of the conversation, we had the beginnings of something I’m really excited about… A small-group farm tour in Portugal. This is still taking shape, but here’s what I know so far: I’m planning a one-week trip in fall 2026 or spring 2027 (avoiding the rainy season), with a very small group—just 8 to 12 people. We’ll visit a mix of farms—goat dairies, homesteads, vineyards, and more—while also enjoying the slower pace of life, incredible food, and time to simply relax and take it all in. This won’t be a whirlwind tour with constant rushing. Think one main outing per day, with space to breathe. My friend lives in Lisbon and has local connections, so we won’t be doing this as typical tourists. The goal is for it to feel more like being welcomed in—seeing the real Portugal, meeting farmers, and experiencing places most visitors never find. This trip is for anyone who loves farms and travel. You don’t need to have goats—or any farming experience at all. But it will be a full week abroad, with some light daily exploring. Because of the size and the kind of experience I want to create, this will be a limited, small-group trip, and I’ll only be sharing details with people who raise their hand early. 👉 Click here to join the interest list There’s no commitment—just a way to be the first to hear details as they come together and get first dibs when I open registration. I have a feeling this is going to be something really special. 😊 —Deborah |
